Meetings
Where does the Council meet?
NLPC normally meets in the Church Room in Church Road CV35 8JE. You can find a google map link here.
Can I attend a meeting?
All members of the public are very welcome to attend NLPC meetings. There is a dedicated 15 minute period at the start of every meeting where members of the public can raise matters of concern (after which you can either attend the remainder of the meeting or depart).
Do I need to tell you I’m coming?
You do not need to, but it would be helpful if you can contact our clerk, Jennifer Bendall, via clerk@nortonlindseyparishcouncil.gov.uk / 01926 843534 before the meeting, so we can ensure that we have any details pertaining to the matter of interest to hand.
Where can I find the agenda of the next meeting?
Agendas will be published no less than three days before a meeting (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You can find the latest agenda here.
Where can if find the minutes of a meeting?
The formal minutes of a meeting are agreed at the subsequent parish council meeting. Minutes are published here.
